What buyers ask Ravi first.
Is Dholera a real government project?
Yes. Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) is planned by the Government of Gujarat with the central government's National Industrial Corridor programme (NICDC), on the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor. The expressway, water, sewage and solar infrastructure are already built.
With so many Dholera scams, how do I stay safe?
Fake schemes use the Dholera name but sell land far outside the planned city, or promise fixed weekly returns. Real plots do neither. Buy only inside the SIR, check RERA, NA conversion and title, and pay only against a registered sale deed. Ravi walks you through all four.
How do I know my plot is inside the SIR?
Ravi shows you the plot's survey number on the official SIR development plan and takes you to the exact spot on a site visit.
When can I expect returns?
Dholera is a long-term buy. The city is being built in phases and resale can take time. Nobody can promise you a fixed return, so be careful of anyone who does. Buy what you can hold for years.
Can NRIs buy?
NRIs can buy non-agricultural plots in India. Ravi arranges video calls, sends documents by courier, and books a site visit for when you are in India.
Can I visit the site?
Yes. Ravi arranges site visits from Ahmedabad. On the new expressway the drive is about 40 minutes.
